Vanessa's Rosella Marinated BBQ Steak
- 500g blade or rump steak
- 6 tablespoons of Rosella Tomato Sauce
- ⅓ can of cola
- 2 teaspoons of mustard powder
- Salt and pepper
Mix the Rosella Tomato Sauce, cola, mustard powder and salt and pepper together in a bowl.
Place steak and marinade in a ziplock bag. Make sure the steak is completely covered by the marinade. Refrigerate overnight.
Take the meat out of the bag and cook on the BBQ.
