PERI PERI CHICKEN BAGEL


Ingredients

  • 2 bagels with seeds, cut in half through the centre
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese or cream cheese
  • Handful rocket leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 2 slices vintage cheddar cheese
  • 4 tsp ROSELLA Tomato Peri Peri Chutney

Method

  • Lightly toast the bagels in a toaster or under a grill, then place the bagel bases each on a plate.
  • Spoon a tablespoon of cottage cheese onto the base of each bagel and top with rocket, slices of tomato and chicken. Finish with a slice of cheddar and 2 teaspoons ROSELLA Peri Peri Chutney. Replace the bagel tops and serve immediately.

Helpful Tip

Just as delicious in a sandwich, wrap or roll!
