PERI PERI CHICKEN BAGEL
- 2 bagels with seeds, cut in half through the centre
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese or cream cheese
- Handful rocket leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 2 slices vintage cheddar cheese
- 4 tsp ROSELLA Tomato Peri Peri Chutney
- Lightly toast the bagels in a toaster or under a grill, then place the bagel bases each on a plate.
- Spoon a tablespoon of cottage cheese onto the base of each bagel and top with rocket, slices of tomato and chicken. Finish with a slice of cheddar and 2 teaspoons ROSELLA Peri Peri Chutney. Replace the bagel tops and serve immediately.
