VANESSA’S ROSELLA MARINATED BBQ STEAK


Ingredients

  • 500g blade or rump steak
  • 6 tablespoons of Rosella Tomato Sauce
  • ⅓ can of cola
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard powder
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Mix the Rosella Tomato Sauce, cola, mustard powder and salt and pepper together in a bowl.
  • Place steak and marinade in a ziplock bag. Make sure the steak is completely covered by the marinade. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Take the meat out of the bag and cook on the BBQ.
