
Prosciutto, Brie and Chutney Croissant
Makes: 4 | Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 0 minutes | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients
- 4 good quality croissants
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 120g of brie, sliced into 4-8 slices
- Rosella Fruit Chutney, to dollop
- Butter, for spreading
METHOD:
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
Slice the croissants horizontally lengthways through the centre.
Spread each side generously with butter.
Top with two slices of prosciutto, 1-2 slices of brie and a dollop of Rosella’s fruit chutney.
Close the croissants and place in the centre of the oven for 2-3 minutes or until the brie has melted and the croissant is golden brown.
