
French Onion Meatballs
Makes: 4 | Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 20 minutes | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients
- 600g combination of beef and pork mince
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup Rosella Condensed French Onion Soup
- 3 tbs butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
METHOD:
1. Combine mince, bread crumbs and spices in a bowl. Measure out a heaped tablespoon and roll into meatballs.
2. Cook in a large frying pan over high heat until browned all over. Remove from pan.
3. Reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in the pan, then add flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in the French Onion Soup and 2 cups of water. Once simmering, add the meatballs and cook for a further 8 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Stir through sour cream until heated through. Serve with a side of mashed potatoes and warm green veggies.
