Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Bread Bowl

Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Bread Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Rosella Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 4 round bread rolls
  • 4-6 thin slices cheese, per bread roll
  • Butter, to spread
  • Chopped parsley and natural yoghurt, to serve

METHOD:

Step 1

Remove the top of the roll. Using a small knife cut around the inside of the bread (being careful not to cut through the sides) and scoop out the centre of the roll to create a ‘bread bowl’.

Step 2

Butter the inside of the roll and place 3-4 cheese slices around the inner edge of the bread bowl. Bake in a preheated oven at 180˚C for 8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Step 3

Cook the Rosella Condensed Tomato Soup as per the packet instructions.

Step 4

Remove the bread bowl from the oven. Fill with tomato soup and serve with a swirl of yoghurt and sprinkled with fresh parsley.
