
Macaroni Cheese and Corn
Makes: 2 | Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 15 minutes | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients
- 400g macaroni
- 50g butter
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 1/2 cup Rosella Condensed Sweetcorn Soup
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups grated tasty cheese

METHOD:
- Cook macaroni according to packet directions.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add flour and cook for one minute. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Add the sweet corn condensed soup and bring to the boil. Remove from heat and stir through the grated cheese until melted and smooth.
- Stir through the cooked pasta and serve with cracked pepper and a sprinkling of parsley.
