Prosciutto, Brie and Chutney Croissant

Rosella Prosciutto, Brie and Chutney Croissant

Ingredients

  • 4 good quality croissants
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 120g of brie, sliced into 4-8 slices
  • Rosella Fruit Chutney, to dollop
  • Butter, for spreading

METHOD:

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.

Slice the croissants horizontally lengthways through the centre.

Spread each side generously with butter.

Top with two slices of prosciutto, 1-2 slices of brie and a dollop of Rosella’s fruit chutney.

Close the croissants and place in the centre of the oven for 2-3 minutes or until the brie has melted and the croissant is golden brown.
