
Prosciutto, Brie and Chutney Pizza
Makes: 1 | Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 10 minutes | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients
- Store bought pizza base
- 200g brie, thinly sliced
- 8 thin slices of prosciutto
- Rosella Fruit Chutney, to dollop
- A handful of rocket
- Olive oil, to drizzle
METHOD:
Top the pizza base with a generous amount of prosciutto and brie.
Dollop 8-12 teaspoons of Rosella Fruit Chutney on top of the pizza.
Bake in the oven on 220 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
Finish with fresh rocket and a drizzle of olive oil.
