
Prosciutto Wrapped Baked Brie in Pastry
Makes: 1 | Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 10 minutes | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients
- Wheel of brie
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 tbsp Rosella Fruit Mince Chutney
- 4 - 8 slices of prosciutto
- 1 Whisked egg, for brushing
- Crackers, to serve
METHOD:
Score the top of the brie, half a centimetre deep, in a criss-cross pattern.
Make each cut about 1.5 cm apart.
Spread Rosella fruit chutney on top.
Wrap the brie in the slices of prosciutto.
Place the wrapped wheel of brie in the centre of a thawed puff pastry sheet. Fold the edges around the cheese and pinch to keep it together.
Brush with the whisked egg and bake in a 180 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
Enjoy with your favourite crackers.
