ROSELLA VAMPIRE BURGERS


Ingredients

  • Rosella Organic Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Aioli
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Wagyu Burger Patties
  • 2 Burger Buns, halved and toasted
  • 2 Cheddar Cheese slices
  • 1 Red Capsicum
  • 4 Candy Eyeballs
  • 4 Black Olive Slices
  • 1 Pickled Cucumber
  • 4 Baby Cos Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 large Tomato, thinly sliced

Method

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the patties and cook to your preference, about 3 minutes per side.
  • Make teeth – cut some triangles out on 1 side of each Cheddar slice.
  • Make ears – cut 4 long triangles from the capsicum and insert into small cuts in the top of the burger buns.
  • Make eyes – insert 1 candy eyeball into each black olive slice and insert the eyes into small cuts on the top of the burger buns.
  • Make tongues – slice the pickled cucumber lengthways.
  • Assemble monster burgers: Take a bun base and spread with a tablespoon of garlic aioli, add lettuce leaves, tomato slices, a cooked burger patty, cheese slice teeth, and the pickled cucumber tongue hanging out. Then carefully spread some tomato sauce over the top of the teeth and cover with a bun top.
